End User License Agreement (EULA)- The Method Pro

1. ​​Subject of the License

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter “EULA”) governs the use of The Method Pro software (hereinafter the “Software”) by the end user.
The Software is developed and provided by Francesco Matera, who retains all intellectual property rights thereto.
The Software is accessible via web app and mobile application and is intended exclusively for the user’s personal use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. ​​Grant of License

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license.


  • The license may be used free of charge during a 5 (five)-day trial period, subject to the conditions applicable to the relevant service and distribution channel.
  • At the end of the free trial, an active subscription is required to continue using the Software.
  • Subscription, payment, and renewal methods may vary depending on the service and distribution channel used.
  • For applications using Google Play Billing, the free trial and any subsequent subscription are managed through Google Play according to the plan, price, and conditions displayed at the time of subscription.
  • For other The Method Pro services, the subscription terms and payment methods indicated within the relevant service or on the official website apply.
  • The Software is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and is accessible through a personal login, subject to the conditions applicable to the service used.

3. ​Restrictions

The user may not: 

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from the application or the content generated by the software.
  • Attempt to perform reverse engineering, access source code, bypass security measures, or analyze the internal functioning of the platform with unauthorized tools.
  • Use the software for unlawful purposes, unauthorized trading automation, or fraudulent multi-account usage.
  • Share, transfer, or allow third parties to use their access credentials. The user is responsible for all activities carried out with their account.
  • Any unauthorized use will result in immediate revocation of the license.

4. Intellectual Property

The Method Pro Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights are reserved.
The user does not acquire any ownership rights over the Software, the platform, or the provided content, but only a personal and temporary right of use, limited to the duration of the subscribed license.

5. Term and duration

  • The free trial period lasts 5 (five) days, where provided by the relevant service.
  • At the end of the free trial, an active subscription is required to continue accessing the Software.
  • The duration, price, payment method, and renewal conditions are those specified for the relevant service and subscription channel.
  • For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, the subscription automatically renews according to the plan and conditions displayed on Google Play, unless cancelled by the user.
  • Subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be managed or cancelled through Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access remains available until the end of the current subscription period, unless otherwise provided by Google Play or applicable law.
  • For subscriptions purchased through other channels, the renewal and cancellation conditions communicated at the time of subscription apply.

6. ​Right of Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal, cancellation, and refund conditions may vary depending on the channel through which the subscription was purchased.
  • For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, the applicable Google Play purchase, cancellation, and refund terms apply, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
  • For subscriptions purchased through other channels, the conditions communicated to the user at the time of purchase and the applicable law apply.

7. ​Limitation of Liability

  • The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of specific results or performance.
  • including – by way of example – economic losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
  • The Software does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

8. ​​Termination

This agreement may be automatically terminated if the user violates any of its provisions.
Upon termination, the user must immediately cease all use of the software and delete any copies retained.

9. ​ Third-Party Stores

Where the Software is distributed through third-party stores, including Google Play, the use of the store and its related services is also subject to the applicable terms and conditions of that store. Where a subscription is purchased through Google Play, Google Play manages the purchase, payment, renewal, and cancellation process in accordance with its applicable terms. The Owner remains responsible for providing and operating the Software within the limits set out in this Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Matera (Italy), without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence, where applicable.
