End User License Agreement (EULA)- The Method Pro
Last update: December 22th 2025
1. Subject
of the License
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter “EULA”) governs the use of the The Method Pro software (hereinafter the “Software”) by the end user.
The Software is developed and provided by Francesco Matera, who retains all intellectual property rights thereto.
The Software is accessible via web app and mobile application and is intended exclusively for the user’s personal use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Grant
of License
The
user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited
license.
-
Free for a trial period of three (5) days from registration.
-
The
free trial does not require the entry of payment details. At the end of the
trial period, the free license automatically expires unless the user activates
a subscription.
-
- After
the trial, the license becomes active upon payment, according to the
subscription plans indicated on the website https://trading.altropianeta.it.
-
The Software is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and is accessible via personal login, regardless of the access channel used (web app or mobile application).
3. Restrictions
The user may not:
-
Copy,
reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from the
application or the content generated by the software.
-
Attempt
to perform reverse engineering, access source code, bypass security measures,
or analyze the internal functioning of the platform with unauthorized tools.
-
Use the software for unlawful purposes, unauthorized trading automation, or fraudulent multi-account usage.
-
Share,
transfer, or allow third parties to use their access credentials. The user is
responsible for all activities carried out with their account.
-
Any unauthorized use will result in
immediate revocation of the license.
4. Intellectual Property
The The Method Pro Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights are reserved.
The user does not acquire any ownership rights over the Software, the platform, or the provided content, but only a personal and temporary right of use, limited to the duration of the subscribed license.
5. Term and duration
- The
free license begins on the date of registration and lasts 5 days.
- At
the end of the free trial, the license automatically expires without any charge
or renewal.
- To
continue using the software, the user must subscribe to a paid plan.
- The
paid license lasts according to the chosen plan (monthly, annual).
- Subscriptions
do not automatically renew: at the end of the chosen period, the user must make
a new payment to renew access.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- No
payment is required at the end of the free period; therefore, the right of
withdrawal does not apply to the free trial.
- Once
a paid subscription has been activated, the user acknowledges that the software
constitutes digital content provided via web access and expressly agrees to the
immediate execution of the contract and the consequent waiver of the standard
14-day withdrawal right.
- The user nevertheless retains the
possibility to withdraw within 3 days of payment, with a full refund, unless
the software has already been used beyond the free trial.
7. Limitation
of Liability
- The
software is provided “as is,” without warranty of specific results or
performance.
- The
author shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including – by way
of example – economic losses, data, or profits.
8. Termination
This agreement may be automatically
terminated if the user violates any of its provisions.
Upon termination, the user must immediately cease all use of the software and
delete any copies retained.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Matera
(Italy), without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s
place of residence, where applicable.
