To use the app, users must:

3. User Account
The user is responsible for:

providing accurate information

keeping login credentials secure

using the account properly
It is strictly prohibited to:

share an account with third parties
-
attempt to bypass security systems

use false or unauthorized credentials
The app uses session tokens to maintain access:

uninstalling the app
-
subscription expiration
-
or account deletion
automatically invalidates locally stored tokens.
4. Subscriptions and Free Trial
- New users are eligible for a 5-day free trial.
- At the end of the free trial, the subscription automatically renews according to the plan, price, and terms displayed on Google Play, unless cancelled by the user.
- The subscription, including renewal and cancellation, is managed through Google Play.
- Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals. Access to the service remains available until the end of the current subscription period, unless otherwise provided by Google Play or applicable law.
- Any refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable Google Play policies and the rights provided under applicable law.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. The app and the Owner do not directly collect or store the user's payment method details.
5. Service Limitations
The Method Pro:

does not provide personalized financial advice

does not guarantee results or profits

does not execute trades or manage funds

does not replace independent analysis by the user
All information provided is analytical and informational.
Each user remains solely responsible for their own trading decisions.
6. User Responsibilities
By using the app, the user acknowledges that:

trading financial instruments involves significant risks

any financial loss resulting from trading decisions is solely the user’s responsibility

the app’s analytical content must not be interpreted as investment recommendations
Users may not use the app for:

illegal activities

unauthorized access attempts

tampering with data, servers, or the service itself
7. Limitation of Liability
The Owner:

is not responsible for trading decisions made by the user

does not guarantee the absence of errors, delays, or interruptions

does not guarantee accuracy or stability of external market data sources

is not liable for damages resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the app
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability.
8. Intellectual Property
The Method Pro software, the WWG analysis system, and all related content and trademarks are the exclusive property of the Owner.
Any reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
The Owner may suspend or terminate a user’s account in the event of:

violations of these Terms

fraudulent or unlawful activities

requests from competent authorities

Deleting a The Method Pro account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. The subscription must be managed or cancelled separately through Google Play.
10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or service changes.
The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the competent court is the user’s local consumer court, when applicable.
